Shipping:

Although we try to maintain all of the products shown on our site in-stock, we sometimes must backorder. Normal shipment is within 5 business days from order date.

Your credit card will not be billed until the order is packed and ready to ship - shipping charges are billed at standard counter rates via Federal Express or UPS.

T-Shirt City ships to all fifty United States via UPS. Deliveries are made only Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Shipments cannot be made to PO Boxes.

Payment and Billing

Payment: T-Shirt City accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover  and Paypal.
Billing: Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns (online purchases):
All returns require a return authorization - please email custserv@tshirtcityonline.com 

Returned merchandise must be in new condition - original product packaging, all tags, & labels intact and must be returned within 30 days.

A re-stocking charge of 10% applies to all returns, orders shipped under promotional freight programs will incur an additional re-stocking charge equal to the value of the promotional freight offer.

Damages / Defects
If your product is received damaged or defective, tshirtcityonline.com will replace the damaged/defective product with the identical item.
We must receive email notification of the damage/defect within 3 days of delivery, and the product must be returned to us within 14 days,  upon receipt of the return, we will replace the product and credit your shipping charges for the return.


Sale/Clearance item returns:
All Promotional Sale/Clearance items purchased online are final sale.

Holiday Policy:
All items that are purchased after November 15th may be returned until January 14th. RA's must be requested by January 7th and the product received by January 14th. All other return policies apply.
